Laurie Reiss, Principal
Eminox Equities is the brainchild of Laurie Reiss. Laurie began her career as an office manager but soon realized that she wanted more out of her professional life. Her love of numbers and an ad in a local paper led her to training as a loan officer. Upon completion of her training, she went to work as a loan officer and found her true calling. After 8 years she decided to take a leave of absence to raise her family.
She returned to the industry with renewed vigor, a collection of trusted lenders and a desire to branch out. While Laurie has residential mortgage licenses in NY, NJ and FL, she focuses on commercial and hard money mortgages. Her desire to provide personalized care to her clients, 20 years of experience and keen eye for numbers have made her a sought after expert in her field.
Laurie and her husband live in Brooklyn, NY. They have 6 children and 2 grandchildren. When Laurie isn’t brokering deals and sourcing suitable loan options, she enjoys home and food decorating.
